Agreement between Clients and Travfusiion

By accessing, browsing, or booking through Travfusiion.com, users agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our portal. In case of any violation, Travfusiion and its subsidiaries reserve the right to take legal action.

Prices on the Website

The prices listed on Travfusiion.com generally include accommodation charges and taxes (unless specified otherwise) and, in some cases, meals (breakfast, lunch, or dinner). They do not cover personal expenses or additional charges, such as telephone calls, personal services, monument entrance fees, or bar charges.

Mode of Payments & Policies

Our payment gateway is secure, ensuring safe transactions and protecting customers’ personal security codes. Users are responsible for safeguarding their payment information.

Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree to the following:

You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms of Use and create binding legal obligations.
You will use the website in accordance with its Terms of Use.
You will make lawful bookings for yourself or others for whom you are authorized to book, and you will inform those individuals of the Terms and Conditions.

Communication Policy

Upon transacting with Travfusiion, you will receive an email confirming the status of your transaction, sent to the email address you provided. Travfusiion is not responsible for ensuring the email is received in your inbox. Ensure you provide a correct email address.
SMS notifications are an additional convenience provided by Travfusiion and are not mandatory by law. Travfusiion is not liable if you do not receive SMS alerts for any reason.
Travfusiion is not responsible for providing information about changes in flight schedules, cancellations, or the status of airlines or hotels.

Booking Policy

The total price displayed on the website includes all applicable government taxes.
In case of fare increases due to airline policies, server errors, or payment gateway issues, Travfusiion reserves the right to cancel the ticket and forfeit the amount received as cancellation charges. Any additional amount must be paid to Travfusiion upon communication to avoid inconvenience.
Full payment is required prior to booking confirmation.
For infant tickets, the infant must be under 2 years old and accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old, with valid proof-of-age documents provided at check-in. Only one infant per adult is permitted. If the infant is 24 months or older, a separate child booking is required.
For child tickets, the child must be aged 2–12 years and accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old, with valid proof-of-age documents provided at check-in.
All tickets/bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines or suppliers.
Travfusiion is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by airlines.
If a ticket is cancelled directly through the airline’s website, office, or call center, you must inform Travfusiion.com to process the refund. Travfusiion does not receive direct alerts from airlines.

Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to cancellation charges set by the airline, which vary by flight and booking class.
Travfusiion charges a nominal fee of ₹100 per passenger per sector for domestic flights and ₹300 per passenger per sector for international flights as cancellation service charges.
Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-cancelable, as per the airline’s policy.
Cancellations can be made online or offline through the Sign Up/Sign In section or by emailing Travfusiion.
Amendments may require contacting the airline directly in some cases.
Amendment charges vary based on airline policies, flight timings, and booking class.
For cancellations within 24 hours of departure, contact the airline directly and then submit a cancellation request on our website for refunds.
For direct cancellations through airlines, refunds will reflect airline charges plus Travfusiion’s service fee. No cancellations are entertained after flight departure or in case of a no-show.
In case of a no-show, the refund amount depends entirely on the airline’s policy, and Travfusiion will refund only the amount received from the airline.

Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: Initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged.
Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
Cancellations 8–14 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
Cancellations within 8 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged, with no refunds.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after receiving a cancellation request through the Sign Up/Sign In section or via email.
Air ticket refunds will be credited to the customer’s payment method after Travfusiion receives the refund from the airline.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt from airlines, hotels, transporters, or other suppliers.
Due to banking procedures, credit card refunds may take 72 hours, and net banking refunds may take 7 days.

Refunds in Cases Where Airlines/Hotels Are Declared Insolvent or Bankrupt

Travfusiion is not liable for refunds if an airline or hotel ceases operations or declares insolvency.
Customers, clients, or agents cannot hold Travfusiion liable for refunds promised at booking in such cases.
If Travfusiion issues a refund based on assurances from airlines or hotels, it reserves the right to recover the refunded amount if the airline or hotel becomes non-operational or bankrupt.

Copyright & Trademark

Products, services, and content on Travfusiion.com are the property of Travfusiion. Unauthorized copying or use of trademarked products and services without prior consent is considered theft, and strict action may be taken against the responsible person, organization, or company.
Travfusiion grants limited rights to access, explore, use, and transact on its website. You agree not to misuse materials or disrupt the website’s operations.
Travfusiion does not endorse information, products, or services not supplied by Travfusiion, nor does it guarantee that files available for download are free from viruses.

Hikes in Tariffs & Taxes

After finalizing tour package rates, any increase in entrance fees, fuel costs, guide charges, or other services will be charged as extra.
If the government revises taxes on travel services, clients are liable to pay the additional amount.

Travfusiion provides accurate information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways, but clients are advised to verify details independently.
Travfusiion is not responsible for delays, alterations, or cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances.
Travfusiion is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury during holiday packages. Clients are responsible for their own safety.
Travfusiion is not accountable for human errors unnoticed by clients or staff.

Credit Policy for Travel Agents

Travfusiion is not liable for refunds if an airline or hotel ceases operations or declares insolvency.
Customers, clients, or agents cannot hold Travfusiion liable for refunds promised at booking in such cases.
If Travfusiion issues a refund based on assurances from airlines or hotels, it reserves the right to recover the refunded amount if the airline or hotel becomes non-operational or bankrupt.

Unaccompanied Child

Children under 12 will not be accepted for travel unless accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old, seated together. The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s well-being, including ensuring seats are booked together.

Airline Pregnancy Rules

Pregnant travelers must consult a doctor before traveling and comply with airline-specific pregnancy rules.
Key requirements include:
- Obtaining a medical clearance from a healthcare provider, issued no more than 7 days before travel, confirming fitness to fly.
- Avoiding travel if the pregnancy is complicated or high-risk.
- Considering the due date for return trips.
- Ensuring physical comfort on long-haul flights, as seat width may be restrictive during late pregnancy.
Contact the airline for detailed pregnancy rules before booking.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, applicable authorities at Delhi/Mumbai/Bengaluru/Kolkata.
