Cancellation Policy
Flight Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- All bookings are subject to cancellation charges set by the airline, which vary by flight and booking class.
- Travfusiion may charge a nominal fee as cancellation service charges in addition to the cancellation penalty charged by the airline, and the balance amount will be refunded.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or non-cancellable, as per the airline’s policy.
- Cancellations can be made online or offline through the Sign Up / Sign In section or by emailing Travfusiion.
- Amendments may require contacting the airline directly in some cases.
- Amendment charges vary based on airline policies, flight timings, and booking class.
- For cancellations within 24 hours of departure, contact the airline directly and then submit a cancellation request on our website for refunds.
- For direct cancellations through airlines, refunds will reflect airline charges plus Travfusiion’s service fee.
- No cancellations are entertained after flight departure or in case of a no-show.
- In case of a no-show, the refund amount depends entirely on the airline’s policy, and Travfusiion will refund only the amount received from the airline.
Holidays Amendment & Cancellation Policy
- Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and room type.
- The applicable policy is shown during booking and in the confirmation email.
- In case of a no-show, the booking may become non-refundable.
For refundable cases, the following fee applies:
- Cancellations 30 days or more before departure: Initial deposit or 25% of the tour cost (if fully paid) will be charged.
- Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellations 8–14 days before departure: 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellations within 8 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost will be charged, with no refunds.
